Nu-Klad 126 epoxy flooring is applied to meet seamless flooring requirements for this correctional institution. Ameron Performance Coatings manufactures the Nu-Klad coatings system for concrete coatings in commercial facilities. Amerlock and PSX 700 are also used as concrete coating systems for epoxy floors.
Nu-Klad 126 is a low build (10-30 mils dry film thickness), 100% solids semi-self-leveling epoxy base coat for epoxy flooring systems available in colors and clear for color flake broadcast and color quartz broadcast applications. Caution, this product is not designed to be applied over expansion joints.
Ameron produces Nu-Klad epoxy concrete coatings for commercial flooring. Nu-Klad epoxy flooring systems are semi-self-leveling and able to be filled with aggregate, color quartz and acrylic chips. Nu-Klad systems are 100% solids epoxy and can be seal coated with PSX 700 or Amershield for scratch resistance. Nu-Klad systems can be used to create seamless flooring systems.

Nu-Klad 127 penetrating epoxy flooring primer is a 100% solids primer for the Nu-Klad floor system.
Amercoat 114A (formerly Nu-Klad 114A) Product Data Sheet | Application Instructions
Nu-Klad 114A is a patching compound designed to fill non-moving concrete floor cracks, stabilized control joints and voids up to a 1/4" deep. Caution, this product is not designed to be applied over expansion joints.
Megaseal High Build Self Leveling (formerly Nu-Klad 120A) Product Data Sheet | Application Instructions
Nu-Klad 120A is a high build, chemical resistant, opaque, 100% solids semi-self leveling epoxy floor surfacer that can be applied up to 3/16" to cover irregular concrete substrates in order to provide a smooth epoxy floor. Nu-Klad 120A epoxy floors can also be used as a chemical resistant concrete coatings system for a some chemical applications. Caution, this product is not designed to be applied over expansion joints.
Nu-Klad epoxy floors can be topcoated with Amershield, Amershield VOC and PSX 700 for improved scratch resistance and chemical resistance.
